The Impact Space team is excited to announce that the Christmas Care Drive in Africa was a great success.

In Freetown, Sierra Leone, members visited the ‘Children in Need Orphanage Home’, a home to over 100 orphaned children. During the drive, children dined on assorted foods and drinks and danced with the Impact Space volunteers. The drive also furnished the children with over two weeks worth of food supplies, such as rice, flour, beverages, and other basic provisions such toiletries.

Patrons and Heads of the orphanages expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation on behalf of the children. They shared the devastating impact of the pandemic on their operations and supplies and enthusiastically stated the act of kindness will not be forgotten anytime soon.

The Impact Space mission was made possible by funding received from the Impact Space board, fans, and volunteers of the positive social network dedicated to uplifting the wellbeing of individuals and their communities. According to a board member, Impact Space will continue to empower and care for communities in Africa. She stated “We look forward to another fruitful year of impact and difference making in 2021.”
